How Can I Post A Negative Review About Someone On eBay?

My fiancé and I purchased my wedding dress January 19th 2012. Due to the sellers New Year we had to wait a for them to return to the company to make the dress which was fine. They said it took 20 business days to make and the estimated delivery was March 19th-30th. In between those dates I asked the seller when it should arrive and they told me it has not been shipped yet and to wait over the weekend which was March 26th. They gave me a tracking number through DHL and it says it's still in China and the destination is Qatar and it was shipped March 14th. I live in the United States. The wedding is April 28th. They still haven't changed the destination information since I told them over a week ago. I contacted DHL once again and they told me I have been conned and they were sorry. I also called eBay and could only talk to a machine and it says there was a problem with that eBay item number and to contact the seller. I tried to leave a negative review on eBay and it says I can't because that eBay item number doesn't exist but I have a print out of the receipt the day I bought it. How can I tell eBay about this? No other bride should have this happen to them!

When you buy cheap. you get cheap or scammed! I've been warning brides for a long time about bridal dress scams. They come here to this section often promising custom made designer gowns for $100, then they ask you to wire money overseas or do paypal and dissappear. Then they get another name and do it over an over again. Unfortunately, you have no avenues other than to file a complaint through ebay. I'm very sorry. Lesson learned. I hope others are reading and take notice. DHL is right, you got scammed.

How did you pay for it? If you used PayPal or your credit card, you may be able to lodge a dispute.
