Whats that one ipod/iphone/itouch app?

I been trying to find it on installous and even the app store for some time now. I do not know the darn app title so i can buy it or download it, all i can remember is that you could add pictures on a picture that you imported. For example you take a picture of a girl standing with the app you could add cops strangling here (fake photoshop anybody?). i also remember seeing people playing twister...but mostly there were a group of women with before and after app photo shots. I thought it was funny so if anyone knows what the hell im talking about please do me the favor of giving me the app name...
