How do I stop my knee shaking?

My dog is shaking and panting at the same time?

  • hes 8 years old puggle, yesterday he had surgery on his right knee. hes on pain pills and an antibiotic. he randomly started shaking and panting at the same time? hes been doing it for about 15 minuts, is this ok? im planning on calling the vet if he dosent stop soon.

    Panting and shaking are signs of pain..if he's on pain meds, you may want to call your vet to see if he may need to up the dose.

my dog does that when he's carsick,but your puggle is getting old and isn't in the car.so yeah you might want to call the vet.

The pills could be causing it and he could be feeling funny. Make sure he isn't cold and just keep an eye on him. You can also call the vet to make sure it isn't the medication.
