Samsung TV.............?

Cant connected my Logitech X-530 speakers to my Samsung TV?

• i just bought a brand new Logitech X-530 speakers and i contented them up to my Samsung B223OHD TV throw the headphone jack thinking the surround sound will still work fine. but i realised that all the speakers were working BUT it's was not surround sound "not working inderpedlotly". so i turned my TV around and then tryed to use the AV ports but that did nothing "no sound at all". so now i have plugged them into my PS3 on the AV output in to the Logitech X-530 speakers and it all sounds grate but i cant use it on my TV and TV remote so that means i cant adjust the volume on my TV remote meaning i need to stand up and work over to the over side to turn it up or down. Logitech X-530 speakers: wires and stuff dosen't have HDMI or Optical, it only haves AV what goes into the back of the TV (red and white AV cabes) that dont work so i put a headphone jack on the end of it. not surround sound http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/speakers-audio/home-pc-speakers/devices/x-530 Samsung B223OHD TV: in the back of the TV white and red audio input.   You have bought a set of computer speakers and you are trying to connect them to a television. Computer speakers are not designed to connect to a television. They are designed to connect to a computer. The a/v ports on your television are meant to connect to an a/v receiver. The stereo headphone jack will only produce stereo sound, which is why it's called a "stereo headphone jack". That is why you are have problems.
