How to change screen size?

How do i change the size of my screen?

  • Suddenly my computor (Sony VA10) has changed the resolution size of the screen so that I have to shift from side to side to see all the screen. Its most anoying and nothing I do seems to be able to alter it. There does not seem to be anything about it in help topics only to change the size of the font. Its the size of the picture I want to reduce as its off the edge of the screen. Anyone any ideas-I would be very grateful.

    right click on mouse ... Properties or personalize (dependind on your version on windoes) ...screen resolution

Select Auto-Adjust in display settings. edit - You say you shift side to side, I'm not sure what that means but perhaps you got two monitors and the display is spread across both monitors. If so got to settings interface and select CLONE setting so that the display is shown on both monitors but you need to have instaled the display media pertaining to the brand of video you are using, perhaps Intel graphics display.

Which operating system are you running? XP Vista windows 7? also is it an Nvidia graphics card?
