• i placed an order 2-4 2012 order no 026-5991433-3524334 a AMAZON BATTERY BOOSTER have phoned in many times and do not any replys that make i paid £40 and a few pence by a card that was not in my name as i do not have any credit cards or debit card as i a m 80 years of age so i got friend to use here i need ths ITEM so please send the item to Mr. P J ASHLEY 18 PENDENNIS ROAD BEDFORD MK41 8NA if i do not get my goods i will have to go to the POLICE or the trading standards or the COUNTY COURT TO GET MY MONEy back P> ASHLEY

  this is not the place to give out all your information. the person who placed the order and who's amazon account was used, they can log into there amazon account and check the order history, it will tell you exactly where the order is and if it has been dispatched or not. if it has been dispatched it can take upto 14 days to arrive depending on delivery method/options that were selected on the checkout page. if you still have an issue, email the Amazon customer support.
