Where can I download flash games to my computer?

My computer has just suddenly started running programs and games slowly, how can I fix it?

• My computer has been fine, and just overnight one day all of my games and a few programs no longer run smoothly! I didn't download anything harmful, it was just the games and a few programs that run badly. My steam games, such as Amnesia: The Dark Descent, get about 3 frames a second, my disc games run slow, and even minecraft runs slow! However flash games, and in browser games seem to work fine for the most part. I have run clean-up, done virus searches, checked my firewall, and I have no virus problems. I have run a registry program to fix registry problems, and that helped nothing! I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the programs and games that aren't running smoothly, but it did not help. I have a large amount disc space, about 90 gigabytes, and my computers specs are up to everything that these games and programs require. Is there anything that I could do fix this problem? Is it simple to fix? Or difficult to fix? Any help at all would be fantastic! Thank you so much :D
