How can I format my computer & reinstall Windows XP?

I just sold my computer on ebay and I want to format my computer and reinstall Windows XP so that all my personal files are wiped off the computer. One thing is that I don't have the Windows XP disc that came with the computer. I have read on the internet that one can run Winnt32 file and that will reinstall Windows XP. Will that also format my entire computer as well? If not, can someone please explain to me how I can format the computer and reinstall Windows XP without using a CD? Thanks in advance.

Helo,Winnt32 file is a support file for restoring your pc.However you cant format or reinstall your whole pc using winnt32 file.Better hire a computer service agent to do that or you can manually format your disks by right click on them.
