Where can I find the program Picture Manager?

Microsoft Office Picture Manager? Where did it go? Please help me!?

• My internet provider recently had service problems and I lost all connection to the web. Since being able to get back online I noticed my Microsoft Office Picture Manager is gone!! I seriously miss this program since it allows me to adjust the contrast, brightness, color, crop photos, etc., prior to sending them to friends. Where can I download for free Microsoft Office Picture Manager or a similar program which comes with Microsoft Office Picture Manager so I can continue to edit my photos? Please help me with this. Thank you.

  Go to your Control Panel then Add or Remove programs. Find Microsoft Office and right click on it and choose Repair. Everything that was chosen when Office was installed will be repaired. If it still isn't working, do the same thing again but this time choose "Add or Remove Features" and select Microsoft Office Picture Manager - it should now reinstall it.
