How do I delete a conversation and messages on Skype?

Can anyone tell me how to delete all messages from an instant message? Deleting everything that was said in that conversation. When they delete the whole conversation I don't want them being able to see it. Can someone please tell me if there is a way to delete the whole conversation and neither one of us never seeing the conversation again? PLEASE HELP.

I use an app called Skypex that allows you to delete specific messages, or entire conversations from your computer (they will still show up if you login to your account from another computer). You can find download it here: http://bryancockerham.com/skypex-delete-skype-messages.php
