I used "CamStudio" to record my screen, but how can I download the online file?

I chose to "record in .swf" versus AVI-which I have no choice to save the video from this "win-DVD" media player. When I was done, I had the option to save the .swf file anywhere. It left a "win-DVD" player icon (which I can use to view the video), a file unable to be opened by any program I have (.swf), and a google chrome link that takes me to the video as well online with the URL: file:///C:/Program%20Files/iTunes/fail.s… If there is anything at all you can explain for me to download it as something usable like .wmv. I tried (after viewing with realplayer) converting it, but it says I haven't downloaded it. If I go to the website, it says realplayer can't download it. "CamStudio" was a free download so could it be that it locks everything I record?
