How to sync phone contacts with PC?

Is there a free android app that allows me to sync music both ways between phone and pc?

Is there a free app that I can get to sync my phone and my PC? I need an app that will sync, preferably wirelessly, my music and photos from my phone to my PC and from my PC to my phone. I download stuff on my phone all the time and I want my PC to be up to date with my phone for backup reasons and visa versa. I also delete songs from my phone that i uploaded from my PC so yeah. I would gladly pay for one if it had a unlimited 30 day trial or something. I have bought so many apps already that dont work. Also not sure if this is needed but I have a Samsung Infuse 4g on AT&T and its rooted
