    First you need to stop worrying, easier said than done I know but take a breath, relax - Your Girlfriend is probably picking up on this and that doesn't help make a relationship fun. Also you have to remember that you have been with your GF for almost a year and like all relationships they change through the course of time, your going to be moving out of the "honeymoon phase" that may sound bad but it isn't because as you move out of that phase you move into getting to know each other better and developing a deeper love. Try to stop questioning the relationship, and try to stop thinking what she might be thinking and just GO WITH THE FLOW. This is your opportunity to enjoy the relationship and to enjoy being with her instead of trying to think what she might or might not be thinking. Go out, have a laugh and enjoy. She has been with you for a year, she loves you, otherwise she wouldn't be there - Don't push her away by being paranoid.
