Why do people hate indians?

  • Why do people hate us? I am an Indian American. My parents are from India and I was born and raised in the US. I'm not sure why but no one seems to like us. I mean really, states like Alabama (its an EXAMPLE. Even I know that its not the smartest state in the US) have people that hate African Americans. But even there you see white/african american couples and a general interaction between people.They just ignore/dislike Indians completely. If you talk to someone who has been to another country and met the the people there, they almost ALWAYS say that the people there were courteous and kind. If you ask someone who went to India the same question, they say that Indians suck. Same thing online, if you look up any ethnicity, you usually see good things about the people of that ethnicity. Everyone seems to say good things about Germans, Italians, Brits, etc. The second you look up Indians, you see a million posts saying that Indians are lame. I often hate the fact that I'm indian. People ignore me in school and generally act like I don't exist. Why do they hate us?

    they dont! its just you live in a reneck state lol. The italians and irish had to go through a lot of hell in america like in the 50's. lots of it. that's why the "waspy" culture exists (germans and british were here first, italians irish and russians came later)

dont be like that,love who are and what backgroud you come from. i honestly dont know what is up with the race thing around the world but here in New Zealand we welcome and love all nationalities,my best friend is indian and shes gorgeous!(Im samoan,not sure if you heard it) all indinas are unique who cares what people think,there probably just jealous coz indians got sexy eyes that makes plenty daze,gorgeous skin tone which is to DIE for and glossy healthy hair, who wouldnt hate indians?? I don t hate u, my friend don t hate u, my family don t ate you that s at least 1000 people for sure who don t hate u at all. I m sure there are many many other people who don t hate u. I love Indians, they inspire me. I love how they keep their great traditions, they live long and well and healthy, they are fun, I have few Indian friends, and I had several cool Indian clients! The haters hate themselves! They are just bitter!
