what should they do? war would be stupid.. if they are testing a nuclear rocket then good they'll have one less nuclear rocket. also didn't they say that they were willing to exchange nuclear weapons for food?

North Korea is only going to get more and more unpopular in that region. The Japanese don't trust them, their kin in the South don't trust them either, the US will swing which ever direction South Korea does, and even China is starting to look at North Korea in a bad light.
