I want to share a story and ask?? What would you do? It's about attorney/client abuse against my elderly mom?

• My creepy x-sister found a corrupt attorney who did the unthinkable. I put together this scam. Check this out!! The creepy x-sis goes to this lawyer and the lawyer knows how much money mom has in accounts.She lies to me about moms bank balances and trys to confuse me. Attorney try's to get me to believe she has moms best interest at heart. She makes me believe she's qualifying mom for medicaid in case mom needs to go into a nursing home. It turns out it was a done deal which was an extreme misrepresentation on her part. I would've never signed that paper if I knew mom was headed for the nursing home. The lawyer needs me to sign off on a house jointly owned by me and mom. Mom only co-signed and lent me money for the down payment that I paid back. The x-sister (X) because I disowned her wants ALL of moms assets including her house paid off valued at $200,000, the lawyers paralegal tells me the x-sis was asking how to get moms house in her name alone in the attorneys office. Anyway I wish I would've taken major action about that when he told me but was trying to get x-sis away from mom period. The lawyer lies to the state about how much money my mom has. The lawyer only reveals one money market account valued at $61,000 she doesn't mention an additional $125,000 hidden in different accounts. So now mom qualifies for 'free' state run horrible nursing home stay. While the x-sister embezzles the rest of moms money. The x-sis cons mom out of $65,000 a month before she cons mom out of signing over power of attorney. X-sis buys herself real estate and I know that the crooked lawyer would be lying if she says she didn't know about that!!! This is a hard case to get help with because there are not alot of people who will go against a bad attorney!! I will be silent no more about this and start my call for action??? X-sis abused mom in the nursing home with the denial of medications and showed her true colors writing me nasty, bogus notes that I owed my mom all this money. When in fact she was the real evil one wiping my moms accounts in drobes. She once borrowed $40,000. Bragged that she was putting it back in moms account which she did but stold it permanently when she thought no one was looking. I want to expose this scam against the elderly. My mom had close to $200,000 in the bank right before she qualified for this freebee. I'm an outraged tax paying citizen and demand to know how this happens???? I'm on a path to expose this to the world as I want justice for my mom who was so grossly set up to make these criminals gain money. My mom sitting in assisted living and living her life that she deserved wasn't doing these creeps any good. They found a way to get the money for themselves at moms expense. It's a disgusting plot and wreaks of a holocaust feel to force an elderly somewhere horrible so my moms money would go to them. The lawyer got roughly $4,000 to make this happen. The x-sister gained over a million dollars worth of properties because of stealing all of my moms money. I'm Livid that there aren't better 'Safeguards' in place for the elderly and I feel both the x-sister and the attorney should be in Jail. If you agree with me. Give me support so I will and can declare WAR on this scam by exposing it via video. I am in severe protest this happened! I did try in vane to help my mom, I really did but sometimes it's not in the cards. I had real professional criminals in the family that had everything well planned out to make this happen.

  How can you possibly compare whatever happened to your Mother to the murder of 11 million innocent people? Why are you asking strangers on the internet for legal advice?
