How do they shoot music videos?

Recommendation for video camera to shoot music videos?

  I didn't see anything like special effects on the video. It's really easy..you can do that with any semi pro camcorders. Looks like they use final cut or adobe premiere. It's how you edit video that's all. Make sure use proper lighting and have your camera shooting the angles that what you want. All I see is little camera movement and using video pan few times that's all. I can do that with pretty much any camcorders out there. It's how you put the story line together.
