Can I format my MICRORDIA MP3 player?

  • Here's a photo and a few details: http://www.microdia.com/ebiz/jsp/site/product_details_mm_irock6in1.jsp Last time I've tried formatting an E-Boda (I know, never heard of it before getting it :D) MP3 player and it crashed (I guess its code was erased during formatting), so I want to be sure of it before doing anything. I need to format it to make a boot-able USB to install an OS, and it's giving me some errors (No DEFAULT or UI configuration directive found!), and as far as I've searched, it might be due to the FAT32 format of the MP3, while making it boot-able requires FAT or FAT16. Thank you in advance. cristipiticul

  • Answer:

Yes, you can do that via visiting the player settings and then, click "Reset/Format" Good luck!
