Where to find coffee beans?

Where can I find old coffee beans for free?

• I'm doing a craft project with coffee beans (not grounds) and I'm trying to find old coffee beans that people are going to toss. I've posted an ad on Craigslist but that's it so far. Any ideas?

  Coffee beans are never kept whole by the end user; they are ground up to make coffee. Try buying generic (least expensive) beans at a place like Wal-Mart.
