What are these red bumps on my thigh?

I have red bumps on my upper thigh? Please Help!?

• Hey alright so im a girl and right on the inside crease of my right leg like almost ear my "area" but not there its more up... but anyway theres a patch of red bumps and they itched a minute ago but normally they dont. i noticed it recently but didnt think much about it but just noticed that it looks like its gotten worse. on the other leg it has like a few bumps but nothing like the right side. but heres the thing i started my period sunday and so could it possibly be like rubbin against there? or because normally i keep my legs tightly closed even when sleeping and tend to wear shorts under my skirt (for school) and under my pajama pants. does anyone have a clue what this could be?

  It could be a number of things. Possibly bumps from shaving, a product you used, the fact you wear shorts almost all the time, ect. I would see if it's better in a day or two and if not tell your mother or a friend.
