Weight loss and strength/speed building plan.?

Hey there. I'm 16, 5'8 1/2 and weigh 86.9 KGs. I'd like to be around 70-75 in whatever time it takes and was wondering if this might a difference. I do kickboxing 3 nights a week for 1 and a half hour sessions and hill sprinting on Sunday mornings with my coach. This isn't enough though because, unfortunately I have bad genetics that make it slightly more difficult for me to lose weight. I live beside a football/soccer pitch so that's where I'll train. This is going to be my plan. Monday - 2 laps of the pitch as a warm up. 30 press ups, sit ups and squat thrusts. 2 more laps. Same thing again. Sprint the width of the pitch, jog back. Repeat 3-5 times. 2 lap cool down and stretch for flexibility and to prevent muscle injury. Tuesday - Kickboxing class. (Cardio, pad work, sparring and stretching). Wednsday - Break day. (Two break days in the week). Thursday - Kickboxing class. Friday - Kickboxing class. Saturday - Break day. Sunday - Hill sprints. Would this be enough to build my speed and strength and effectively lose body fat? Note that the training I do in my kickboxing class changes every few weeks. I know about muscle memory so that's where the change in my workout will be. Please let me know if this is enough. How much I might roughly lose a week. What I should eat and if I should do more than this. Every single answer is greatly appreciated and thank you if you do answer! :)
