How to get a completely flat stomach easily?

Ok so how can a 14 year old get a flat stomach?

  • So im really 13 and of course im a girl and im turning 14 this year can some body please tell me how i can loose my stupid pouch on my stomach.! My stomach isnt really big but I do have a like a little pouch, it sticks out when i sit down and when i stand up its really not that big but i still would prefer a flat stomach if any body could give me exercises or any particular diets..... it would be really helpful.! Anyways i have been drinking water only for about two weeks, i have'nt had any sugary drinks.! I could really use some help and please don't tell me to take some type of pill because i'm under age.! Thanks this would really help and please no bad answers please.! Im trying to get a flat stomach before im out of school right when summer starst so in about 50 days i wanna have a flat stomach.! thanks.!

    I have exactly the same issue :L I'm 14 since Feb. I think what worked best for me was I started eating healthy and went running twice a week. Big breakfast, not a huge dinner, if anything have dinner early so you can work it off a bit after. You won't be full rid of it, but it can definately help, and these are good tips anyway for just being healthier - just remember to embrace your curves coz they're a whole lot sexier than being stick thin! I hope it helped :) ALSO! Don't use any of that SlimFast crap! It's seriously useless and costs more than usual food, weight watchers does things with less fat and stuff and I know they do this really nice Sicilian Lemonade or something - I bought it at Poundland and it tastes pretty good :3
