What to eat to lose weight?

How can lose this weight? And what should i eat?

  • Okay, so i'm 16, and i am in Track. I currently weigh 175 lbs at 5'5 and wear jeans in size 12/13. I really want to lose enough weight to wear jeans in size 9/10. I would assume that would be somewhere around 135 lbs? I do run most days, but i'm going to be running more, and i have been trying really hard the last week to eat right, and it's worked kind of well. But i really need to know what else to do? Like what things can i eat, and when should i eat them? I also want to work on my metabolism rate. (I know its not impossible because my older bro did it, he used to be really chubby but now he's really skinny and can eat anything he wants) So any help is very appreciated :)

What most people need is not a change in diet but moderation of what they already eat. Just try smaller portions. Just avoid some obvious things that you shouldnt be eating , cookies, cake, fast food ect
