Does anyone know any good ab or any muscle workouts?

    Start looking around online...there are THOUSANDS of routines out there. If you are trying to get huge, your routine should revolve around squats, deadlifts, rows, bench press, overhand press, dips, and pull ups. These are compound exercises and get your whole body growing, rather then an isolation exercise such as curls which only really hits your biceps. You can include isolation exercises, but the compound ones are more important. Finding a routine and training is the easy part. You should be more concerned with your diet...this is why most people don't notice any difference after they start lifting. In order to put on muscle you have to be in a caloric surplus (eating more calories than you are burning off). Once again, you can look up what kinds of foods to eat online - if you don't like chicken breast and brown rice, learn to is my best advice. If the scale isn't going up, you aren't getting bigger and stronger. It took 5,000 calories a day for me personally until I started to gain weight. Good luck
