How to lose weight and what to do?

  • I am 15 years old, Female. I don't know my exact weight and height, but I think around 80-90 KG. Also, my clothing size is like around 14 to 16, this is in Australian clothing sizes. Anyway, my weight has been making me feel really insecure and that my parents, ESPECIALLY my mum has been yelling and screaming (also swearing and complaining) about my weight.. Its been making me upset, I have depression and anxiety. Apparently the depression is making me struggle more with myself, I don't take any Anti-Depressants (etc). I have gained weight due to me stressing more along with my depression effecting my mental health and my weight. I want to lose this weight so I don't feel as pressured by my mum. I should either starve myself and just drink water non stop, or maybe have like one piece of food once a day, example an apple today, nothing else, then tomorrow have a peach and then the next day something else. I don't care WHAT i do or have to do, even starve myself, as long as I loose the fat. Its depressing me and making my mum feeling the need to curse me out and be rude about my weight, telling me that I am fat and that soon i can be bigger than the door, and ask me what I will get for being big.. Its breaking my heart, I need to lose it all, I just want to rip all my fat flesh off me. Please help, I really need to lose all this weight. Especially for my well being. I try to be committed to diets and excesses but I just end up failing. I need to help, I can't acess a gym here because its never open and a waste of money. Also I have no exercise machines. Please answer seriously.

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Green tea extract. Lean protien such as chicken breast (not including fried) brown rice not white. Whole wheat bread not white. Water, not soda. Green leafy vegetables for fiber. Leg workouts. Your legs are the biggest muscle group in the body. More muscle = better metabolism. And of course a little cardio around the neighborhood! Starving yourself won't go anywhere. All you're doing is storing, not shedding.

i really don't think it is right or fair on you that your mum shouts and swears at you just because she thinks your "big", just think to yourself if my mum didn't shout and swear at me like she does would i still feel the same? Also starving yourself makes will make you very ill and put on more weight, belive me i tried it if you don't eat you feel sick all the time and out of energy, also drinking water kinda does help but the water diet made me put on more weight. i think you sould just eat healthy and cut back on sugary sancks and drinks, remeber it's your body and your life so live it how you want to and don't let anyone get in the way, you only live once! xx
