How To Speed Up Idea 2g?

Idea net setter speed issue?

  • I am using net setter of idea last time i recharge of 2g unlimited for 1 month (prepaid) but i get speed only for 15 days than after speed is very low now i registerd my complain at idea shop(before my time over) and also said to her higher authority and apellate officer.but they are taken more days to reslove my complain and my time period of 1 month is over that also tell to their applette officer now i want to get my grace period or refund my money so now where to ask or complain ?

    Idea give speed 5 kbps to 40 kbps in 2g speed. In the morning its give 25-40 kbps and all day & night to very slow speed

try to find out their nodal officer through their website (it will differ according to state/circle ). then give one complaint there & then your problem should be resolved and proper refund / validity extension will be given . . . if still it is not resolved just call customer care and tell them that you are going to consumer court for this inconvenience caused to you !! and most importantly dont forget to keep all communication you do with idea...it will be helpful for further reference !!
