How do I get better grades?

How to get better grades/do better in school?

• I really don´t understand what i can do to get better grades.. I study, study and study and nothing. i ask the teacher if i don´t understand , in 2 subjects i have tutors , often i don´t understand the text no matter what and even if i ask the teacher i don´t understand..i only some teachers can actually explain things to me there are not many that can do that. Sometimes when i think i´m doing well, understand mostly everything ,study allot. i still get horrible grades. I do suffer from stress .. meaning that i stress over EVERYthing i do not only school but i´m getting better... seeing that sometimes when i get stressed i start to shake and my hand can´t stay still.. anyway i really need help with this no matter what i do i just don´t improve ... and that´s not helping much with my stress. besides the fact that i´m really really depressed.. and school is making it worse.. please is there anyone who can help me with this? i don´t wanna fail all my classes again.. i´m retaking them now .. still doing bad.. help...

  Well then you need to stop stressing an focus more in school. Your trying which is the first step to success. Go for exra help find different methods. Studying? Make index cards, do a speech, make up a song. Find different things to help you study and learn. Trust me in the en it all pays off!!!
