What is the market value of mba/pgdm through e-learning from Hughes net global education and NIIT Imperia?

Hughes net global education and NIIT Imperia is a source to provide online e-learning for executive mba/pgdm for working professionals from reputed institutes like IIM kozikode, IIM culcutta, lukhnow, etc. xlri, aima etc. I am planning to do distance learning mba/pgdm preferably with weekend classes. I found sikkim manipal as best option. But I heard about Hughes net global and NIIT imperia imparting e-learning from reputed institutes like iims. But do it have any value. Sikkim manipal atleast offer placement assistance, but iims, xlri, etc. and hughes global or niit imperia don't offer placement assistance. Only advantage is you get certificate from reputed institute like iim or xlri but this certificate of distance education through e-learning have any value in market or not - pls suggest
