Answer:
It is absolutely not too late to be looking at colleges. If anything, you are slightly late. You are doing well, so far, however. Get those SAT and ACT scores ASAP. Sign up for College Board's QuickStart program https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/make-a-plan Best value colleges http://www.usatoday.com/news/education/best-value-colleges Be aware that you will be socked with steep out-of-state tuition fees at any state college outside of your home state. To find appropriate colleges use https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/college-search http://www.collegeconfidential.com/college_search/ Check student reviews of colleges by Googling the words "student reviews" and the names of the schools you are interested in (one at time). Also try Googling just the name of each school by itself. Then click where it says “Google reviews.” Also check out: http://www.princetonreview.com/college-education.aspx Learn about professors http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ Estimate your chances of getting accepted at any particular school using the Cappex “What are my chances?” calculator. http://www.cappex.com You can often find out about on-campus housing at http://www.dormspash.com You can find out about fraternities and sororities at http://www.greekrank.com more college admissions info https://sites.google.com/site/paul7collegeinfo/
