How To Withdraw Money From Virtapay To Paypal?

Paypal limited my account?? Is there any way to withdraw the money?

I have about $560 on my Paypal account. I opened up my account and found out it is limited. I can't send money withdraw money from your account receive or request money close your account add money to your account remove a card remove a bank account after 180 days i could withdraw it. I need the money back. Is there anyway to get the money before 180 days. I was searching online and found out that Paypal will take off the limitation if you provide SSN, credit card, address, and other info. But Paypal didn't ask me to provide anything. What should i do??? Please help!
