What happened?... Really scared and hallucinations?

• All of this happened last year so this is what happened and just wondering what happened and why.. I was12 at the time. last year when I think the most scariest thing in my life happened. My mom gave me a pill to rid of my cold. And I think it had drugs in it or something. So I had weird side effects. I took the pill before we went to dinner in a restaurant. And I started to feel weird at the restaurant, like everything was fading away my mind was going blank. It was awful, I just wanted to sleep. So I did. At the hotel. my dreams became very strange and extremely vivid. I woke up frightened, and the weird thing was I didn't know if what I woke up to was a dream or reality. Everything was so vivid so I ran to my mom. Words started to spill out of my mouth. The randomest things, and I couldn't control it. I had no control over my conscience. So I tried to stay awake, focused and calm, I tried to think... I realized it must of been the medicine so I told my mom. Then it went all black from there, my mind went blank and I can't remember what the **** happened!! Then my brain woke up when my mom said vomit the pill, ,ale yourself throw up. Man did that give me a fright. I'd rather suffer from hallucinations and strange feelings than someone shoving their finger down my throat. So  then my mom, with her arm around my shoulder, led me outside of the bathroom the most frightening thing happened: I had the one image of what was in front of me slightly tilted to the left and another image of what was right of me slightly tilted to the right. Both images where exactly the same. Then I blacked out. I can't remember what happened except I woke up on the bed and I was uncontrolably rolling my head. And I saw weird frogs and Fred you know the guy from YouTube. Then like 6 hours I woke up shaking uncontrolably and stayed awake until I felt tired. Then woke up and I still felt like I was in a dream. Like nothing was real. Everything was still vivid. This lasted for about 6 months, but I'm fine now, I'm just curious as to what this episode was, and what caused it.

  one pill shouldnt do that and i suggest going to a doctor. really really do.
