Can I use dummy Debit Card Numbers in Advertising?

Where can I use my non-chip and pin debit card?

  • I have a NetSpend Visa Debit card, it has raised numbers but it's not chip and pin ready. Where can I use it in England? - I tried Tesco's at the self service but it did not work.

  • Answer:

A lot of stores accept non chip and pin cards, those which you have to sign a sales voucher for. Had one of these from a car dealer supposedly for fuel, but was able to use it atArgos and other stores, so long as you have some form of ID

The u.k.,is mainly ...chip/pin or sign for goods, unfortunately, most if not all shops are just geared up for the c/pin......you may require a different type of card, try a Bank for further advise....or Visa.....
