How to efficiently aggregate several collections into one collection?

Once again how to get collection's (collection's agency) debt collectors off my back?

  • I keep getting calls from a collection agency stating that I owe money on a past due Bell Sympatico account, Not even maybe, I haven't used Bell Sympatico for many, many years but according to the collection agency I have a past due account dating back to Jan, 2010, apparently for service at one of my previous addresses. I keep telling the collections people that I never had Bell Sympatico at that address (the guy I rented from at the time provided internet service, it was included in the rent) nor do I owe Bell Sympatico money, there must be some kind of mistake,or possible fraud going on. I was then directed to call Bell Center of Approval Credit Validation only to continue to be jerked around and jerked off, nothing was resolved, all they tried to do was put the bill back to another previous address, another address in which I didn't have Bell service with. I don't owe these people money period! what part don't they understand? Like seriously how do I get these people off my back and how do I get this resolved without forking out money for a bill that I don't owe money on? Now!!! Not only do I have a third party collections agency harassing me continuously trying to collect on this so called debt (service that I never even had to begin with) now I have Bell sending me bills because collections told me to contact them regarding this matter I've already written a letter to the collection's agency, now what, do I write a letter to Bell as well? I'm really getting sick and tired of this crap?

    This could also be showing up on your credit reports. Where you aware of this? To get them to stop google: cease and desist letter to creditors By lawy, they have to stop all communication. Problem with this, is that then they have no recourse but to sue you in court. Are we taking just 100 bucks here? Then, they are not likely to sue. Keep asking questions if you need help.

You didn't indicate the amount Bell Sympatico is attempting to collect. You may just want to tell them that you will be filing a claim against them for harassment in small claims court if they don't provide you with positive proof of their claim that you owe them a certain amount of money from this specified time. Once an account is turned over to a "collection agency" they can do whatever they want about collecting the money. They can wait until they believe you do have some money they can get, or they can continue to try and collect the amount. You should also check with your states attorney general to see what your rights are ad well as what the collection agency is allowed to do. They may be bordering on "harassment" charges in your case. Find out if they have crossed that line already. Rules about collection agencies will vary from state to state, so find out for sure. This is possibly more information you could use if the case would happen to go to court. Tell everyone involved that you wish to see the proof that you were indeed a customer of Bell Sympatico at the time and locations they claim. This is all these collection agencies have to do all day long, so they won't go away easily. Just get your proof and then call their bluff if you're correct. Haul them into court and make it worth your time! be sure to keep records ( days and times ) they call, so you have the proof you may need for a harassment case.
