The Godfather, Dragon Age, Soul Caliber, Saint Row, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Brink, Fable 2. Thats all I can think of.

You can try Dragon Age if you haven't, already. I've never played Mass Effect, but it's from the same developers. Though it's a little more linear than Skyrim.

Soul Calibur 4 and 5 if you like fighting games. Saints Row 2 and 3. Dragon Age, Two Worlds 2. Fallout.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning...It may get some pretty big criticisms but it is a great game. It plays like a Fable and Elder Scrolls series' baby.
