How to download Opera Mini on a Blackberry Tour?

I have a Blackberry Tour 9630 and I don't have a BB plan and I wanted to download Opera Mini onto my phone. Is there a way I could do that without using the browser or going though the Blackberry Desktop manager? Thanks.
