When i buy games for XBOX 360, i see that the game for XBOX live, can i use this to play with out connecting to Live. if yes can i use it for Multiplayer with out connecting to XBOX live. i have Top spin 3 and Need for Speed Shift, Wrestiling.

The Xbox Live symbol just means that its Live compatible and has multiplayer features. You can play any Xbox 360 game without purchasing Xbox Live.

You need your xbox connected to your internet through a ethernet cable or the Xbox 360 Wireless adapter. Otherwise you cannot play multiplayer, but you can still play split screen. It wont stop you playing the game however, it will only prevent you from playing Multiplayer. You still have singleplayer, and theres a good bunch of singleplayer games out there, Such as Skyrim, Just Cause 2, GTA, L.A Noire, Fallout, Need for speed.etc
