Gta 4 windows live not showing up?

Hi, i download gta 4 in 3 days the game works perfectly after 3 months my computer was formated and i lost gta 4 i had copy the setup to my hardrive after that i install gta 4 again and then i cracked it with patch 1.0.4.0 the games works but when gta 4 launches games for windows live should be pop up but mine is not poping up what should i do plzzzz help !!!

Answer:
press the home button in keybord and make a offline profile........ next time when you start the game live will pop up.
