Difference between battery chargers?

Htc Evo 4G battery won't charge over 15%?

• My battery won't charge over 15% I've tried 3 different chargers no difference can someone please help me out here!

  The first approach is to trouble shoot the battery. 1) power the evo down 2) pull the battery out 3) let it sit out for a bit 4) put it in, power it on until its fully dead 5) charge it... and see what happens If the problem continues A) if could be a bad battery B) the evo could have trouble sensing power, when to cut it off, battery temp and so forth C) you might try a wall charger that u put the battery in seperately if its A) buy a new battery on eBay for cheap if its B) you might need to reset your evo, or it could be beyond repair-- there are LTE phones coming out for sprint, so maybe limp your evo by... try the new battery method first... much cheaper if it's C) a wall/battery charger is cheap as well
