Do I need to buy a new sd card?

Ok so I bought a sd card off Ebay and apparently its a class 10 card 32g for my e739 lg mytouch. everytime I download music all the songs lap over each other. I'm guessing its the card cause I've never had this problem before. Should I get another sd card lower class maybe?
