How do i check the last date that i re installed in app from apple?

I have purchased an app from the apple app store a couplle of years ago and un istalled and re installed it several times during that time, the app is currently un installed and i would like to know the date the app was last re installed. I can see some dates in the 'purchased' section of the app stores but i think that date relates to the last version of the app. can anyone help
