I love a girl who seems to have crush on someone else.... and the someone else is my best friend :/ help..!!!?

• i love a girl. i didn't told her that i do so. but i've said it indirectly to her many times, and everybody in school also knows that i love/like her.I'm famous in school for my humarous behaviour (i can make anyone laugh with the way i talk and for my jokes) She's very cute and beautiful, my very good friend and thats what she's famous for..... she can easily find a gud-looking guy then me..!! in the start.... we used to talk with each other on fb daily. But after a month she didn't seems to be such interested as before. I told my best friend about her, that she is very beautiful. My best friend also chated with her. he was not interested in her but as i told him that i found that girl interesting he also began to show interest in her. My best friend is icon of my school. hE's so hot that even famous girls of other schol flirt on him. When my b. frn chated with her....... i found that she is very interested in him :/. ... she sended him hearts and kisses and when my best friend told me that she did so...? i was burned down to ashes and have to suck up my tears. My best friend have so many cute girls who want to be with him and he's also not interested in the girl whom i love. he just have habbit to flirt and thats what she did to the girl i love and she seems to be crazy for him....!! i asked my best friend if he loves her..... he replied "nah, just talk for some fun"... and when i came back to home after listening this i burst into tears. my best friend is very nice and innocent..... its not his fault...!! he didnt even know that i love her...!! he just talks with her like he do with other girls who flirt on him. i was very hurted when i felt like she dont like me...!! ok..!! im not as cute as my best friends and some other dudes... but nobody can love her like i did..!! im too scared to propose her directly as im 70% sure that she will reply "just friends".. damn damn damn..!! i saw someone else in her eyes and its killing me...? do i dont have right to love someone cute being myself average looking...? or love is only for handsome faces..? i love her so much that i cant tell... :'( and crying since 4 days since i noticed she flirts on my best friend...!! :'(... i cant love any other girl... i just love her...!! if their are other girls like her then i would not be fallen for her...!! i think she's little interested in me because she talks with me frankly even knowing that i like her...!! what should i do...?? im in 12th standard (age 17) and she's in 11th(running in 16 i think)..?
