i want to use the chain but its to big is there any way to take some off without a chain breaker

You might be able to knock out the pin with a very small punch, but unless your new chain came with a master link you will need the tool to install the chain on the bike. Buy the tool, it will pay for itself over and over

Blow torch? That should screw things up really good. You can buy a chain breaker at your local bike shop or even Wally World for just a few bucks.
