They did not find my ticket at traffic court but can they still charge me with other crimes.?

i was pulled over for improper and my ticket was not filed when i went to court while i was pulled over for that i was also arrested for weed. will the weed charge get thrown out as well because the reason they pulled me over was dismissed. i live in indiana

If they have some other record of a traffic stop, they can get you for marijuana possession. If they DON'T, they have no evidence that the weed is yours, therefore you're clean.
