I keep getting DOS attacks.

I keep getting panic attacks.. what do i do?

• for the past couple of months i continuously get panic attacks... i first had one in February this year. when i had my panic attack i passed out and when i woke up from passing out i had no idea what i had done and my friends who were with me at the time had to tell me what i did.. i also got a numb feeling in my arms before i passed out. i've had panic attacks at school as well. i don't know what could be the cause of my panic attacks. can anyone help me? i also have anxiety and am always shaking =(

  You must tell your parents and go see your pediatrician or family doctor, right NOW. What is happening is that your body is telling that it can't cope with something, you probably don't know what that 'something' is, but you can be sure that it is THERE. It could, and probably is, something physical that is also coming out psychologically. Call to day and tell them you need to go in tomorrow, trust me, they will want to know about these episodes and want to help you to identify their cause and cure. Don't think that YOU know what it is or if it warrants going to the doctor, it does, trust me. Sometimes our brain develops imbalances with the chemicals in the nerves and such. This can be identified and helped. Don't wait, that would just be foolish. You have more than enough information telling you to get help. If your parents don't want to help, go to the school nurse or call the Doctor's office yourself. Good luck.
