How do i keep acne away for a long time?

  • its like i already have redness and then i have super bad scarring all over my face. How do i prevent more acne?? Im usin a cream cleanser(sometimes twice to get off the makeup) - adding in a green tea toner. moisturizing with tamanu oil, and bioderm redness cream (only on cheeks)

    I recently bought this and it really helps me with my cystic acne (the really deep kind that does not ever surface or pop) It really helps with the pain and I have been getting fewer pimples since I started using it. You can read bunch of reviews on Amazon and hopefully they will tell more about how it work on your skin specifically. I think the red light in the device helps with scars and skin regeneration. It's not about cream that can help you to prevent your acnes. If you want you can check with your family practice doctor. Otherwise, check on what you eat that also costs your body to not function right, stress costs more acnes, and the food you eat, also sleep not right like you sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 12 pm, the next day you sleep at 9 pm and wake up at 5 am, and the next day you sleep at 5 am and wake up at 8 am. Your body doesn't get its schedule, it keeps on misleading and it doesn't know what you want it to do, so sleep the same time you sleep everyday and wake up the same time, try to keep your skin moisture and not get those dirt into your skin if you are a type of get wet easily in the sun, the open holes in your skin will hold those dust and it can lead to cancer. Make sure you watch your face often a few times a day with warm water and try not to damange those acnes or it will leve scar on your face. Also... since you are a teenager, it happens till you turn 18 or 21.
