How to get rid of red scratch marks from jellyfish sting QUICKLY?

my boyfriend is coming home in a week and I don't want him to see my legs with all the red marks i got from jellyfish sting...I'm desperately in need of any quick solution to get rid of these red scratch marks...Your tips is highly appreciated...THANKS!!!
