What's a fast way to lose weight?

Whats the best way to lose weight fast ?

    As much as you hate to hear it, Running. It is great for you. It sucks to start out with, but once you get in the habit, it's a really great release of stress, fun and great for you. I would also try and cut sucrose (table sugar) out of my diet if i were trying to lose weight. There is a documentary called "Fat Head" that really explains why cutting sugar out is so good for you and helps you lose weight. It also explains how the body works and uses fat. Definitely look into it if you are looking to lose weight. I hope this helped :)

You don't have exercise for an hour a day, that's ridiculous. Every two days you should do about a 20 min workout that gets you in an anaerobic state (out of breaths and sweaty basically), maybe running up and down the stairs for 3 sets of 8. Then on the days inbetween do a few crunches to keep yourself topped up with good positive endorphins. Try altering your diet to, 6 small protein rich meals a day (2 can be substituted for shakes) Drink 3 litres of water per day. And have your only carbs of the day for breakfast: something slow release, like porridge, weetabix etc. Guarantee this will have you at your desired weight in the fastest time possible. Good luck x

I'm a hairstylist and this is something I heard (it's sickening though) A girl at my work lost all her weight via dog protein (don't ask) Yes she did her dog a BJ all the time for his protein. I found out about this from an ex GF of hers. That could be bull, but the protein diet isn't. Look into it.

You can try learning to spell ;) But seriously, just exercise and diet. Do cardio EVERYDAY. About 1hour jog everyday and eat healthy
