How long a day should i walk to get a flat stomach?

im 14 and i want a flat stomach by like this summer. How long a day should i walk to get a flat stomach? i cant run i have really bad asthma, but i seriously will walk 5 hours a day if it would give me a flat stomach haha. should i walk and do exercises too like crunches or something? any foods i should seriously avoid? and please dont give me an answer about how i HAVE to run, because ive noticed a difference on my stomach within a couple of weeks of just keeping busy (not purposely walking or running)

The main key to having a flat stomach is diet. Cut out junk food, crisps, fries, fizzy drinks etc. and drink LOTS of water. Keep a 500ml bottle next to you the whole day, and you should fill it up and drink it about 3 times every day, in additions to maybe some orange juice or something. Exercise and fitness are less important, but obviously can't hurt. Crunches would be a good one. Do 3 sets of as many as you can before it gets too sore, with a couple of mins in between sets. Take a days rest before doing it again, as you need to let the muscles recuperate and strengthen. Cardio exercise such as running (which I realise you can't do), cycling, swimming is good (basically anything which gets you breathing heavily). It's not essential though so you don't need to worry too much about it. Like I said, diet is the key. Walking isn't really going to do much. It's better than no exercise obviously, but there's no point spending all your free time walking around. Just do a couple of hours a week, and follow my advice above, and you should see results by the summer :D

Maybe jog for 20 minutes as you have asthma and then do an hours speed walk. But most importantly eat good because you can do all the excercise you want but if you don't eat good it won't show!
