How can you stop your teeth from rotting from the inside out?

I have braces, and my teeth are very stained, any idea why or how to stop it?

• My teeth seem very stained, and I don't like it at all. I brush twice a day, use mouthwash usually every day (corsodyl, which was recommended). The toothpaste I use was also recommended by my orthodontist, but I still have these yellow stains. I'm not sure if its the toothpaste (even my non-braced teeth are stained in between - I don't have them on the bottom yet), or if its what i eat... I know I brush well enough because when I do disclosure tablets, barely any colour comes up showing plaque or anything. I drink coffee, but through a straw and no more than once a day (before i brush my teeth in the morning), I barely drink fizzy drinks or fruit juice and I don't eat sweets too often either (I do eat wuite a lot of chocolate though...). Any ideas what I can do to try and reduce the staining, I do not want yellow marks on my teeth once my braces are off, and I don't want my orthodontist to stop treatment either. Please help, I want prevention rather than 'bleach your teeth', because I can't and won't bleach my teeth, especially with braces on. Thanks!! :)

  i believe its jsut how ur teeth are... my gf is the same way she just has naturally yellow teeth.... maybe you should "bleech your teeth" the same way genetically fat people need lipo
