What are difference between the Caviar that is produced by Salmon and Sturgeon?

    Many kinds of fish eggs are used for Caviar. They vary by size of the eggs, color and taste. Some people consider only Sturgeon eggs to be Caviar and call others "Roe" which is accurate. Salmon eggs are Pink to Red in color, Sturgeon Black.

Well, I like to snort caviar produced by sturgeon as it has a darker color and makes me feel like eminem. However I am a ginger and am immune to the negative effects of eating more than a pint of salmon caviar and crackers within a minute and eat it straight from the salmons backside all the time thus fortifying my rich *** taste.
